In accordance with legal requirements, some of the information collected may be shared with Quality and Qualifications Ireland, Department of Social Protection or Garda National Immigration Bureau as required, to ensure that students may continue their studies and receive their educational award.
Hardcopy records are held in a secure archive for a period of 7 years following graduation; they are then disposed of securely using an appropriate contractor.
Softcopy records are protected using appropriate IT methods.

We operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and/or news we supply/publish. Users can subscribe through an online automated process where they have given their explicit permission. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in 'The policy' above.
