Dr. Ciara Morley holds a PhD in Finance and an M.A in Finance from Maynooth University. Her areas of interest include Regional Development, Socio-Economic Profiling, Sectoral Analysis, Policy Analysis and Strategic Planning, Forecasting and Modelling across sectors such as Construction, Housing, Infrastructure, Education, Transport, and Energy. Dr. Morley has previously worked for Maynooth University, Technological University Dublin, EY and The Economic and Social Research Institute of Ireland (ESRI).
